ITALY MEETING

MARCH 2013

	Morning	Lunch	Afternoon	Dinner
Friday 15^th March: arrival day	-11.30 Spanish group arrives in Catania -Italians students and teachers meet it at Catania Airport and visit the town together by bus	Street food in Catania	Sightseeing in Catania	-19.30 Turkish group arrives in Catania Airport - Italians, Spaniards and Turkish leave for Campofranco by bus where they get at about 23.00 -23.00 Students have dinner by the hosting families -23.00 Teachers have dinner at the B&B
Saturday, 16^th March:	11.30 Greek group arrives in Campofranco -Visit to the school -Icebreakers games 12.30 Mayor and headmaster meet the students and the teachers at school	Buffet lunch at school offered by the Italian parents	- Italian students give their welcome to the foreign partners with a concert -Spanish, Turkish and Greek students exhibit themselves in dances, songs ect. -Exhibition of local folk group -Students spend some free time with hosting families	-Students: by hosting families -Teachers: San Leone (by the sea) for dinner with Italian teachers
Sunday, 17^th March:	Trip to Selinunte	Packed lunch	Castelvetrano Museum of olive oil	-Students: by hosting families - Teachers:
Monday, 18^th March:	Trip to Agrigento (valley of the temples)	Packed lunch	Visit to olive oil cosmetics factory	-Students and teachers: pizza at Agrigento
Tuesday, 19^th March	Students’ presentations at school	By hosting families	Students: free time Teachers: meeting at school	-Teachers: Ethnic farewell dinner .Teachers prepare some typical food from their country -Students: by hosting families
Wednesday, 20^th March	- The Greek group leaves -Spring Day Festival -Dances to welcome the arrival of Spring -Students prepare food at home and sell it at school for charity sale	Lunch at school	Students: free time	Free evening (your ideas are welcomed!)
Thursday, 21^st March	8.00 Spanish and Turkish groups leave Campofranco to get to Catania Airoport by a rented bus
